He started his own ad agency, idea•logy, to provide branding strategies, imagery and concepts that consistently deliver continuity of message across the digital space as well as conventional media. His recent work at idea•logy focused on brand re-positioning and creative campaign ideas for national and international brands REI, Sears, Aunt Jemima, DeKuyper, Oscar Mayer, Mrs. Paul's and Grolsch Beer.

Throughout his career Terry has always grown his clients' businesses. He created the unique brand image for Corona beer that rocketed the brand to the number one selling import where it remains today. Bob Evans Restaurant sales were slumping before he captured the spirit of the Heartland, generating a sense of pride among Bob Evans customers and employees that still resonates today, it also increased same store sales by 13%.

His pharmaceutical credentials include creating the international brand character, creative strategy and the "Illuminate the person within" campaign for Abilify, the anti-psychotic medication for the joint venture of Bristol Myers Squibb/Otsuka. Abilify has more than 6 billion dollars in sales making it the 2nd best selling blockbuster in the history of the company.

For Alcon Labs Vigamox anti-infective, he created the award winning "Pink Eraser" campaign to combat pediatric conjunctivitis (pink eye). The campaign continues to expand sales today.

Terry has strong communication and presentation skills that have enabled him to convert strategies and concepts into business building tactics.
